Until the day I decided to purchase their city pass and there was a glitch in the app that made it as if I hadn’t purchased anything. The net result is game usage has gone from perhaps an hour plus per day and 5-10 videos viewed to a few minutes and one video. In the past you could rely on power ups to get you out, but given the rewards issue I no longer have incentive to use rewards, which means I do not play as frequently. I have literally been cornered on some occasions after 5 or 6 moves. The second issue is that not every puzzle has a solution, leading sometimes to days of frustration with certain non “hard” levels. These bugs or changes last months before getting fixed, or the developer decides to change the rewards structure again. Power ups that used to be available via certain coin purchases are suddenly no longer available. You couldn’t view videos to get additional rewards, or gift boxes show up empty or have only one or two coins and nothing else. In the year that I have been playing, the rewards system has had several bugs or changes that cause you to lose out. I have wanted to give it five stars for a long time now but haven’t due to two reasons. The support team is also responsive and helpful. It is an innovative and fun take on typical mahjong solitaire.
