From October to November 2023, MMOA conducts virtual interviews with eligible FY24 movers and other interested officers to gain a better understanding of each officer's personal and professional desires, while also providing career mentorship and assisting Marines in making well-informed career decisions. These events provide basic education on the enterprise of manpower fundamentals, support direct engagement with senior leaders, and increase MMOA’s awareness of both unit and personal requirements across the force.
